  • Three days after attorney Matthew Rifat gets ordained as Deacon in the Catholic Church, the California State Bar Court judge, Phong Wang, rules Matthew acted with an absence of moral turpitude.  Thus, he does not get disbarred; he does not get temporarily suspended.
