Matthew Rifat’s trial with the California Bar Trial Court has been continued from January 6th 2025 to whenever.  No new date yet.  Did his guilty admission plea to PC section 549 involve moral turpitude?

Matthew Rifat’s trial with the California Bar Trial Court will now not happen on January 6th 2025.  It has now been continued forward to an undecided date, at this time. He also was scheduled for temporary suspension of his Bar license but now it’s been delayed until November 22nd.  That’s in just a few days. ... Read More

Attorney Matthew Rifat set for trial with the California Bar on Monday, January 6th 2025.   Hopefully, it coincides with the end of the line for the workers’ compensation claims fraud career of Dr. Munir Uwaydah.

It would be a happy ending if Dr. Uwaydah would just get stuck down some rabbit hole in Lebanon with all the bombing going on around him.  Leaders of Hezbollah and Hamas have been killed; hundreds of civilians are being killed. And most likely Dr. Munir Uwaydah is there in Beirut hiding as best he... Read More

David Wayne Fish can’t learn a new game. After being convicted twice dating back to 1995, Fish navigates another $100 million workers’ compensation claims fraud ring.

David Wayne Fish was banned for life from the California workers’ compensation system after being twice convicted of workers’ compensation claims fraud.    But he allegedly can’t figure out a new job that isn’t a scam of selling patients, giving kick-backs one way or the other, and that includes percentages from the medical services under... Matthew Rifat could lose Bar card. California Bar now wants to retry the Riverside case.

As it turns out now, not as he predicted and understood from the prosecutor when he made his plea deal back in the Spring, Matthew Rifat could lose his California Bar license. Rifat worked for Dr. Munir Uwaydah for Blue Oak Medical Group predominantly in the Inland Empire and adjacent areas in Southern California.  Back... Read More

Adel Yamout is a Munir Uwaydah lackey who is the straw owner of Uwaydah’s house in Beverly Hills.  Now Adel Yamout is suing the hard money lender.

Adel Yamout is a coach with a swim club in Lebanon.  Munir Uwaydah is the president of the swim club, thus, Uwaydah is pretty-much Yamout’s boss. Thus, when Yamout acted like he didn’t know Munir Uwaydah, that was an act. Later on when he said he knew Munir very slightly, that was still an act.  He’s... Read More

Dr. Munir Uwaydah is still the owner of 1316 Beverly Grove Place in Beverly Hills, should be anybody’s best guess. Squatters have inhabited the property since last September 2023.

It’s this writer’s best guess that Dr. Munir Uwaydah, alleged to have committed somewhat more – or even more than more of 200 million dollars in workers’ compensation claims fraud in California– is still the owner of 1316 Beverly Grove Place in Beverly Hills.   Well, Beverly Grove is actually teetering on the edge of Beverly... Matthew Rifat, who was awaiting trial to happen this month, gets all 70 charges dismissed or stricken from the Indictment RIF 1990022 in Riverside.  He pleads guilty to one count of PC 549 in a brand new Complaint.

On February 29th 2024, just last Thursday, defendant Matthew Rifat, who was indicted with Shannon Moore, Janek Hunt, and Dr. Munir Uwaydah on January 17th 2019 by the Riverside County District Attorney, had all the charges dismissed against him.  The case number is RIF 1990022.  There are 70 felony counts in that indictment.  The defendants... Matthew Rifat sued investigator Dave Jones of the Riverside District Attorney’s Office for Wrongful Arrest, part 2

Matthew Rifat fought back against the prosecution and sued Riverside County District Attorney investigator Dave Jones for wrongful arrest. After having the judge in his preliminary hearing find no probable cause for his arrest and also found him in court a month later to be “factually innocent”, Rifat moved forward with a felony Complaint against...
